• Cockefair Hall: 24 node MOSIX 2.4.18 cluster (Pentium III, 500MHz, 512M RAM)
• Gogol lab: SPIDER: (System for Processing Image Data in Electron microscopy
     and Related fields) is a large image processing system for electron
     microscopy.  It contains numerous operations that are used to transform
     and display images and volumes.
• Rogan lab: Genome information theory-based analyses of protein binding
     sites.  June, 2003: predicted "all" of the p53 binding sites in the human
     genome (p53 is mutated in many types of cancer).
